YOGA

Yoga is a holistic therapy that aims to create a perfect balance between mind, body, and spirit. If you want to improve your strength and flexibility, or de-stress from the relentless hustle and bustle of modern life, yoga can help you to manage your lifestyle and become calmer, happier, and more relaxed. Whether you are a novice or an expert yogi, your instructor will adapt the poses to suit your level of fitness, and you will learn visualization techniques to help you achieve inner peace. (Yoga mats and towels will be provided for class use only)



MEDITATION YOGA

A gentle, nurturing, and therapeutic form of yoga that will restore your mind and body to their natural equilibrium. It’s impossible for us to make our thoughts disappear; often, the more we try to suppress them, the louder they become. But practicing meditation can help clear away the mind’s chatter. Studies show that meditating even for as little as 10 minutes increases the brain's alpha waves (associated with relaxation) and decreases anxiety and depression.
